What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage all phases of commercial electrical projects—from planning and scheduling to execution and completion.
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, contractors, and field teams to ensure project alignment.
• Track progress, anticipate challenges, and implement proactive solutions.
• Maintain compliance with electrical codes, safety standards, and project specifications.
• Oversee budgets, timelines, and manpower to achieve successful project outcomes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.

What You Bring

• Experience in electrical or construction project management (preferred but not required).
• Solid understanding of electrical systems and commercial construction practices.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once without dropping any wires—figuratively and literally.
• Familiarity with project management software (a plus).
• A proactive, growth-minded approach in a fast-paced work environment.
