Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all phases of electrical projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.
• Collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors to align on project goals and expectations.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and proactively implement solutions.
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety regulations, and project specifications.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and resources to deliver successful outcomes.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in electrical or construction project management (preferred but not required).
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and commercial construction practices.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with project management software (a plus).
• A proactive mindset and eagerness to grow in a fast-paced environment.
