Commercial Electrical Foreman

Your tasks will encompass activities such as organizing daily assignments and upholding project schedules. Given the substantial level of risk associated with this position, it is imperative that the Electrical Foreman possess a strong sense of responsibility and details attention to safety requirements. Electrician Foreman Responsibilities:
- Implement plans for electrical wiring encompassing lighting, fire alarms, and other electrical systems.
- Install electrical fixtures, apparatus, equipment, and additional systems.
- Supervise and coordinate a team of 1-10 crew members as needed.
- Establish wiring connections within electrical circuits and networks, ensuring component compatibility.
- Assemble conduits and thread wiring through them.
- Employ effective troubleshooting to identify hazards and devise innovative solutions.
- Provide and uphold job-related documentation, submitting it promptly.
Skills:
- Prior experience as an Electrical Foreman or lead electrician
- Proficiency in commercial and light industrial electrical systems.
- Ability to interpret and read electrical drawings and plans.
- Comprehensive knowledge of on-site safety protocols.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills are essential.
- Effective communication with clients, GCs, and sub-GCs on every project.
- Strong task management skills for on-time project completion.
- Capability to utilize technology like tablets and mobile phones for job-related tasks.
